Returns and Refunds Policy

Judy Buskirk Studio values customer satisfaction and stands behind the quality of its artwork. Due to the unique and handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error in the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A description of the issue.

  • Your order number.

Once we review the issue, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible as orders are processed promptly.

Non-Refundable Item

  • Custom or commissioned artwork.

  • Digital downloads.

  • Gift cards.
